Clear Vision Photography LLC – Privacy Policy & Session Terms

At Clear Vision Photography LLC, we value professionalism, respect, and clear communication. Please review the following terms and conditions that apply to all bookings, sessions, and services:

1. Arrival Policy

Clients are expected to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled session. Late arrivals will result in reduced session time and will not be extended beyond the original time slot. All clients Must provide your own props.

2. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time.
• The remaining balance is due no later than the day of your session.
• All payments are non-refundable, including the final balance.

3. Rescheduling

• Clients are allowed one reschedule per session.
• Rescheduling must be requested no later than 7 days prior to the session.
• Failure to reschedule within this timeframe may result in loss of deposit and session slot.

4. Image Policy

• RAW (unedited) images will not be released under any circumstance.
• Packages include a set number of edited images. Additional edits are available for purchase upon request.

5. Conduct & Defamation

• Clear Vision Photography LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for defamation, slander, or false statements made publicly or on any social media platform regarding our services, business, or brand.
• Such actions may result in civil legal action, including small claims court filings for damages.

6. Privacy & Use of Images

• All client images are stored securely and used solely for delivery or promotional purposes with client consent.
• Clear Vision Photography reserves the right to use photos for portfolio and promotional use unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by the client.

By booking a session with Clear Vision Photography LLC, you agree to all terms listed above. These policies are in place to protect both the client and the photographer and to ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience.
